In this database all relevant data is registered a.o. personal data, information of education and training, work experience, general IT and language knowledge and special competencies. Our primary task is to find the right person for a given job immediately.  

Procedure for choosing consultants

The SCR Group choose candidates both among our own employees, from our own consultant database, and from systematic search in the market for qualified candidates. Therefore, the consultant database is only used as a supplement. This procedure secures the best possible candidates and a very high degree of success in finding the right candidate.
